Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi receives a delegation of
Arab Foreign Ministers on 31 January, 2026

• PM highlights the deep and historic people-to-people ties between India and the Arab world
• PM reaffirms India’s commitment to deepen cooperation in trade and investment, energy, technology, healthcare and other areas
• PM reiterates India’s continued support for the people of Palestine and welcomes ongoing peace efforts, including the Gaza peace plan

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi received a delegation of Foreign Ministers of Arab countries, Secretary General of the League of Arab States and Heads of Arab delegations, who were in India to participate in the second India-Arab Foreign Ministers’ Meeting.

Prime Minister highlighted the deep and historic people-to-people ties between India and the Arab world which have continued to inspire and strengthen this relationship over the years.

Prime Minister outlined his vision for the India-Arab partnership in the years ahead and reaffirmed India’s commitment to further deepen cooperation in trade and investment, energy, technology, healthcare and other priority areas, for the mutual benefit of the peoples of India and the Arab states.

Prime Minister reiterated India’s continued support for the people of Palestine and welcomed ongoing peace efforts, including the Gaza peace plan. He conveyed his appreciation for the important role played by the Arab League in supporting efforts towards regional peace and stability.

During this interaction, Prime Minister met the Foreign Minister of the State of Palestine H.E. Dr. Varsen Aghabekian Shahin, who expressed her appreciation for the continued humanitarian and developmental assistance provided by India to Palestine, and extended an invitation for him to visit Palestine. On his part, Prime Minister emphasized India’s steadfast commitment towards the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian people.

رئيس الوزراء ناريندرا مودي يستقبل وفداً من وزراء الخارجية العرب

بتاريخ 31 يناير، 2026

• رئيس الوزراء يسلط الضوء على الروابط التاريخية والعميقة بين شعوب الهند والعالم العربي.
• رئيس الوزراء يؤكد التزام الهند بتعميق التعاون في مجالات التجارة والاستثمار، والطاقة، والتكنولوجيا، والرعاية الصحية، وغيرها.
• رئيس الوزراء يجدد دعم الهند المستمر للشعب الفلسطيني ويرحب بجهود السلام الجارية، بما في ذلك خطة غزة للسلام.

استقبل دولة رئيس الوزراء، السيد ناريندرا مودي، وفداً يضم وزراء خارجية الدول العربية، والأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية، ورؤساء الوفود العربية الذين تواجدوا في الهند للمشاركة في الاجتماع الوزاري العربي الهندي الثاني.

وخلال اللقاء، سلط رئيس الوزراء الضوء على الروابط التاريخية والراسخة بين شعبي الهند والعالم العربي، والتي كانت دائماً مصدر إلهام لتعزيزالعلاقات الثنائية وتوطيدها عبر السنين.

كما واستعرض رؤيته للشراكة الهندية-العربية في الأعوام المقبلة، مؤكداً التزام الهند بمواصلة تعميق التعاون في قطاعات التجارة والاستثمار، والطاقة، والتكنولوجيا، والرعاية الصحية، وغيرها من المجالات ذات الأولوية، بما يحقق المنفعة المتبادلة لشعوب الجانبين.

وجدد رئيس الوزراء التأكيد على دعم الهند المستمر والراسخ لـشعب فلسطين، مشيداً بجهود السلام القائمة، ولا سيما خطة غزة للسلام. كما أعرب عن تقديره للدورالهام الذي تقوم به جامعة الدول العربية في دعم المساعي الرامية إلى تحقيق الأمن والاستقرار الإقليمي.

خلال هذا اللقاء، اجتمع رئيس الوزراء بوزيرة الخارجية والمغتربين الفلسطينية معالي د. فارسين أغابيكيان شاهين، التي بدورها أعربت عن تقديرها للمساعدات الإنسانية والإنمائية المستمرة التي تقدمها الهند لفلسطين، وقدمت له دعوة لزيارة فلسطين. من جانبه، أكد رئيس الوزراء على التزام الهند الراسخ تجاه القضية الفلسطينية والشعب الفلسطيني.
